This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was outstanding. From the beautifully decorated rooms with their big comfy beds, to the lovely products provided in the bathroom, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The location on the top floor also offered a nice sense of privacy. Additionally, the breakfast options were top-notch, offering a variety of choices that left me spoilt for choice.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Despite the small size of my room, Bistro Lotte exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impressive, from the quality fixtures and fittings to the attractive decor. The bathroom was excellent and the continental breakfast provided just the right amount of variety. The staff were relaxed yet well informed, creating a delightful atmosphere throughout my stay. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the narrow and steep stairs, I still found the overall experience enjoyable and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Bistro Lotte is located in a prime spot, close to the centre of town, with a small number of bedrooms. It's so close to all the wonderful boutiques and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring. Plus, it's just across from the Artisan pub, perfect for a nightcap.

The noise from the road can be a bit distracting, especially if you're used to a quiet environment.

Comfortable room, minutes from Catherine Hill. Best food in town, must book ahead. Huge comfy bed, amazing rainfall shower. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Nice bistro with plentiful, enjoyable food. Comfy bed, good bed linen.

The room was clean, spacious and had a great ensuite with an awesome shower. the location was ideal; close to town and handy for local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the provided coffee and tea selection, as well as the informative staff.

The room was uncomfortably hot during the stay. Although a fan was supplied, it didn't really make a difference.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was soft and cozy. The staff were all approachable and helpful, and the owner Lotte went above and beyond to ensure our stay was top-notch. The location was excellent, with convenient parking nearby. The breakfast was freshly prepared and different from the usual English standard, and the restaurant served delicious home cooked French dishes. a fantastic stay and we will definitely be returning!

The Bistro Lotte Frome is ideally situated, being very close to the picturesque town centre. We enjoyed the convenience of having inviting cafes, bars, independent shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. The comfortable and spacious room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, with modern vintage style furniture and calming colors. The ensuite bathroom had a good shower, and the staff provided us with coffee, a variety of tea, and even real milk.

Although the hotel provided a fan, the top floor room we stayed in was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
