The dining scene at Black Bull was epic , the grilled veggies were a flavor explosion! Speciality teas and local hand, made soaps added a charming touch.

While no milk for tea/coffee was a bummer, the real letdown was the breakfast fiasco with no staff response. Had to hit up a nearby cafe for our diabetic pal.

we were walking the pennine way and black bull is right on the route. a very warm welcome and lovely room. speciality teas provided and great gift pack. comfy bed, spacious shower, and a view of the main street.

At my first stay, the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents. I love this cozy spot for trips. Free Wi-Fi, Bar, Restaurant, and comfy rooms with a TV and an electric kettle. Great fun with darts, billiards, and outdoor activities nearby. In-room breakfast and pet-friendly. Just perfect!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was spotlessly clean. We were impressed by the speciality teas provided and the thoughtful gift pack of local hand made soap and creams. The location was perfect, right on the route, making it convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
