I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. This place is set in its own grounds, just a mile away from the bustling town centre. The location is simply breathtaking, as it is nestled in a secluded walled park on the edge of the city. The staff here were incredibly attentive and gave a fantastic service. They worked hard to ensure that every guest felt well taken care of. The room I stayed in was lovely and comfortable, with great amenities such as heating, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also offered a range of excellent dining options, including a restaurant, bar, and snack bar.

All in all, this venue is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff could have been a bit more efficient with customer service, but their attentiveness and dedication to providing excellent service made up for it.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a nice walk to the train station through the park and easy access to the local football club. The town centre, just a short distance away, offered a great curry house called Cafe Spice. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our room.

The noise from other guests in the hotel was a slight inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Blackwell Grange for a well-earned break. The hotel, over 300 years old, is surrounded by excellent woodland scenery. It was extremely clean throughout and the staff, particularly the Food and Beverage manager, were friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the renovated function rooms, which look much nicer than when I worked here 26 years ago. The room was very nice and the pool and jacuzzi were a lovely addition. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the hotel grounds were perfect for a morning walk.

Impressive entrance and beautiful grounds. Friendly and efficient staff. Historic, grand interior. Early check-in allowed for dropping bags and seeing room. Some initial unwelcoming staff became more welcoming the next day.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed being able to relax in the cozy lounge area. the staff were friendly and helpful as well.

the pizza we ordered was not up to par - with a thick, stodgy base that ruined the topping. this hotel was not our best experience and we would not stay again.
