The owner, Richard, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The facilities exceeded my expectations, including a small fridge, tea and coffee amenities, and an iron. The location was perfect, just off St James Street, with plenty of local cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby. Additionally, it was only a short walk to the beach. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

Although the ensuite bathroom was convenient, it had a fully open layout, with the toilet and shower in the same room. While it didn't bother me personally, it may not be ideal for everyone.
