We had a fantastic stay at the Bolton Arms. The location was perfect for our visit to the nearby countryside. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all of our questions. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved the separate private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The peaceful surroundings ensured a great night's sleep. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

The lack of en-suite bathrooms meant we had to cross the hallway to use the facilities, which was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. the noise from the pub could be heard in the rooms until late at night, which disturbed our sleep.

The location of the hotel is great, with beautiful scenic views surrounding it. There are also some exclusive restaurants in the field next door and in the town square, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The room we stayed in was newly decorated with quality fittings and the beds were very comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even arranged an early breakfast for us.

The bathroom in our room was not en suite, which was a slight inconvenience.

stayed here for a romantic weekend away in richmond. the country pub vibe exceeded our expectations. loved being close to richmond and wensleydale for exploring the beautiful countryside.

One drawback was that the full breakfast wasn't available until 8:30am, which was a bit late if you had plans before 9am. one of the rooms had a private bathroom located outside the room, which may not be suitable for everyone.
