I had a wonderful stay at a charming guesthouse in a fantastic location. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal - right near the seafront and close to the train station. You can enjoy the wonderful views and even hear the soothing sound of the sea from the comfort of your room. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and offer a lovely view, especially from the beautiful bay windows.

We had a fantastic time during our beachside holiday. The hotel was conveniently located opposite a wonderful sandy beach, perfect for building sandcastles. All the amenities we needed were within walking distance, and the pleasant surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful view of the beach. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. it was the perfect seaside getaway.

We did find the water pressure in the shower to be quite lacking.

The full English breakfast was delicious and there were other options available as well. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and a great local co-op nearby. my recent stay in lowestoft was wonderful, but this time at bon-ami was even better. julie and barry were so welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was lovely and the beach just a short walk away. a perfect stay.
