My stay at the apartment was overall pleasant, with one minor issue. The property itself was lovely and spacious, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. It was conveniently located near China Town and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city. Access to the underground car park was convenient, and I had no trouble finding the reception. One downside was the presence of some flies within the building. Additionally, I wasn't informed that the hot water for showering needed to be heated overnight, which resulted in me being unable to shower on one of the nights. Nevertheless, everything else was nice.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, situated in a lively area near the city center. It was close to everything in central Liverpool, making it convenient for exploring the city. the apartment was clean and had comfortable beds, providing a pleasant stay for guests. The staff were also welcoming and pleasant, ensuring a positive experience.

The sofa bed in the apartment was reported to be uncomfortable, causing inconvenience for guests who had to sleep on it.

We had a fantastic stay at Book A Base Apartments on Duke Street in Liverpool. The apartment had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen with a chilled wine rack to balconies with stunning city views. The security was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pictures online accurately portrayed the quality of the apartment. They even provided a travel cot for our 2-year-old. The location was perfect, with great restaurants in Chinatown and Bold Street just a stone's throw away. We could easily walk to the train stations and Albert Dock. Rodrigo, the staff member, was incredibly helpful and responsive.
