As a bigger group of friends, we really enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained gardens at the inn. The food was absolutely amazing, with superb breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The newly refurbished rooms were comfortable and had extra touches that made our stay even better. We also loved the beautiful walks in Bourne Valley, easily accessible from the inn.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this lovely country inn. the room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Loved the fact that there were heating pipes under the floor to keep us warm. the pub had a great old-fashioned vibe and the staff were really friendly. the food in the restaurant was amazing, especially the rump steak with all the trimmings. And the location was perfect, with beautiful walks right from the doorstep.

The walls in the bedrooms were quite thin, so we could hear noise from adjacent rooms. the shower tripped out in the morning, leaving us without hot water for a while.

We had a great stay in the countryside at a lovely inn. The location was beautiful, with a garden where we had an excellent meal and a traditional style pub next to a little stream. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and quality amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel valued as customers. Breakfast was superb and the service was impeccable.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. the rooms themselves were excellent, beautifully furnished and decorated. the communal areas were also well-furnished, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby village and taking walks around the nearby lake.

the rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the access to the bed was also restricted due to a wooden platform that stuck out over a foot wide, resulting in a painful toe-stubbing incident.

The hotel's location in a picturesque area made for a lovely stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choice exceeded my expectations and was of great quality. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

The Wi-Fi and phone signal were not very strong due to the rural location, but it didn't bother us much. We also noticed that the room walls were a bit thin as we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

I visited during autumn, and the tastefully placed pumpkins added to the charming atmosphere. The bar offered a good selection of beers, ales, and gins at reasonable prices, served with friendly smiles and engaging conversations. The food at the inn was exceptional, with a small but well-executed menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the garlic chicken keiv, while my wife loved the mushroom ravioli. The highlight of our meals was the fresh, mouth-watering bread. The staff were delightful - friendly and chatty, without being intrusive. We even had the pleasure of experiencing open mic night and witnessing the warm rapport between the staff and the locals, which showcased the genuine and lovely nature of the people.
