Great location with easy access to the town center, beach, and BIC. Welcoming and approachable staff. Nice food and drinks in a lovely atmosphere. Sea view rooms and suites offer stunning views. Clean and cozy hotel. Family, friendly with outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Lovely outdoor bar and close proximity to town and beach for leisurely strolls.

Checking process was disappointing, with a delayed room and poor communication. Bar closed early at 10pm.

We've had a wonderful stay here. This venue has an amazing location right on the beach, with stunning sea views from our room. The hotel provided great service with excellent room amenities including a cosy sitting area. In addition, the staff were very attentive and welcoming, even offering us welcome drink vouchers in the bar while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The leisure facilities including the indoor pool and sauna were great and we enjoyed sunbathing on the loungers with views of the garden area.

We would recommend this hotel to all.

We were pleasantly surprised by the breathtaking view from our room during our stay at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. The comfortable beds and convenient location added to the positive experience. Although the breakfast fell short of expectations with lukewarm food, the hotel was accommodating by reducing our bill. I would recommend this hotel despite the few drawbacks we encountered.

Upgrade to sea view room made my stay great. Gym and breakfast were brilliant. Helpful staff saved the day. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was superb, with easy access to the beach, town, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the excellent customer service from the reception staff, who made us feel valued and answered our queries efficiently. The rooms were large and pleasant, opening onto a shared garden, and we had a lovely sea view. The breakfast offered a tasty selection of continental and cooked items, and we also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the conference centre. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning sea view, which was an added bonus. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a particularly cozy bed. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. a fantastic experience!
