Stunning location, friendly staff,, and a fabulous breakfast. The rooftop bar had fantastic food and cocktails with lovely facilities in the Club room. The best shower!

Housekeeping fell short, with issues such as improper cleaning and inadequate light levels. Noise from outside and other guests definitely detracted from my stay.

The hotel impresses with its chic design and cleanliness, and the Club Twin Room offered a spacious layout with a lovely view. Breakfast options were particularly enjoyable, featuring classic fried fish that stood out. However, the bar area experienced slow service, which detracted from the overall experience, and noise from the hallway was occasionally disruptive. Additionally, improving the bathroom lighting would enhance comfort in the room.

stayed for a weekend, and it was excrutiating! the room was freezing cold, with no heating control. my dog barely even got to live the so-called pet-friendly life, being exiled to a corner. and to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences, but I suppose that’s just too much to ask for, huh?

Parking can be a hassle, especially for larger vehicles! Also, noise from the street and other guests was bothersome during the night.

we had some issues with check-in as the staff were a bit overwhelmed. but the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. the food at sora restaurant was fantastic. cocktails were lovely and the view was amazing

We loved the location, it was close to York’s stunning attractions. The staff were super friendly and greeted us with a complimentary drink! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Malmaison in York, located just a short walk from key attractions! The staff was outstanding and our room was comfortable and spacious. Additionally, the spa treatment we booked was incredibly relaxing and just what we needed after a day of exploring. All in all, a fantastic experience!
