We recently had a great stay at a charming guest house in a popular holiday destination. The hotel had excellent value for money, especially considering the reasonable prices and attention to detail. The rooms were clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast included in the stay was of good quality and well-cooked, starting the day off on a delicious note. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

the staff at the guest house were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. the breakfast they served was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of it. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. the room itself was cozy and had a nice-sized TV for entertainment. the guest house is conveniently located near everything, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool.

The hosts, Jean and Franko, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The highlight for me was the delicious food, which was freshly prepared every day. The menu choices were endless, and I could simply tell Franko what I wanted for dinner, and he would ensure it was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere during mealtimes was filled with laughter and a great rapport between the hosts and guests. I would definitely return to this guest house and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

During our romantic escape, we had a really good time. the hosts were friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for places to eat and sorting out our transportation. the breakfast was delicious with an abundance of toast, orange juice and tea, and perfectly gooey dippy eggs.

The rooms were quite cramped, especially the family room with a double and a single bed nearly top to toe. Although the room was spotless, the lack of visible parking was inconvenient as we had to pay per hour in a car park down the street.

The location was great, within walking distance to all the main attractions and shops. the room was clean and had everything I needed, including a mini fridge which was a nice touch. the breakfast was also good, with a variety of options available.

The room was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. the bathroom was also on the smaller side and could use some updating.

Friendly and accommodating owners who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They happily adjusted breakfast and check-out times to suit our needs. The service was outstanding from the moment we enquired to the moment we checked out. Despite the small rooms and average furniture, the cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and quality of essentials made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and budget-friendly prices.

I had the most wonderful stay at Kirkstall Guest House. From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel incredibly welcome. They were so accommodating, even when my plans changed last minute.
