The moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff, who made me feel like royalty throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom that boasted a separate bath and a fantastic power shower. The hotel also provided a range of amenities, including fast and easy-to-use wifi, a large flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee facilities. The lounge area was tastefully furnished and provided a relaxing space to unwind. The breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely magnificent, with a wide variety of choices including fresh fruits, cereals, and a delicious cooked breakfast made with top-quality ingredients. The portion sizes were generous, and the gluten-free options were the best I have ever come across. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious accommodations, great service, and outstanding breakfast selection.

the room I stayed in was the superior bedroom and it exceeded all my expectations. It was spacious with a large bathroom and a comfortable seating area. the room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. the breakfast provided was excellent and the atmosphere at the B&B was welcoming and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the large communal sitting area where I could relax. I would definitely book at this B&B again in the future.

the hotel, Braidmead House, was a stunning building with a lovely shared lounge and an honesty bar. the communication with Diane before our arrival was excellent, and James warmly greeted us and provided great recommendations for local meals and services. Our deluxe double room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and cozy seating by the bay window. Parking was available right at the hotel, and the location was very convenient. We also paid for the extra breakfast, which was absolutely delightful. the full Scottish breakfast included all our favorites, and the organic porridge was just like my Mam used to make. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were given plenty of ideas for places to visit. I highly recommend Braidmead House for a wonderful stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our group of friends. The beach area was just a short walk away, perfect for a day of fun in the sun. And being close to the railway station made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. Plus, with Irvine town centre nearby, we had plenty of options for dining out. The rooms at this guest house were beautifully decorated and comfortable, with modern en-suite bathrooms that were spotlessly clean. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast spread was simply magnificent.

The only drawback was having to leave and say goodbye to this wonderful place.

The warm and friendly welcome offered by the staff was simply amazing, far beyond what I had expected. the room was well-furnished and comfortable, with a modern and well-appointed bathroom that was simply outstanding. the morning breakfast was delicious, made to order to each guest's requirements. On top of all that, the hotel offered secure car/bike parking and a good location close to local amenities.

There was literally nothing that I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. Every aspect of my trip from check-in to check-out was perfect.

The breakfast menu had a lot of options to choose from and the food was well-cooked. the staff were also very helpful in providing suggestions for travel and places to eat. the location was easily accessible with good parking, which made it convenient for us.

It would have been nice to have fresh baked bread and good quality locally made preserves instead of the shop-bought sliced loaf and portion control jam packets. This was the only downside to an otherwise top-class establishment.

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B on the west coast and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived at the charming B&B, I felt incredibly welcome. The owner and the staff, especially the lady who served breakfast, were all so friendly and cheery. They really made an effort to make me feel at home. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a comfy bed and good temperature control. I appreciated the personal touch evident throughout the B&B, from the nice toiletries provided to the comfortable lounge area. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, with a great selection of food to choose from. I left with a full belly and an appetite for more. The location was also excellent, providing a great base for exploring the beautiful west coast. I live only 40 minutes away, and I'll definitely be returning to this B&B in the future. It's a solid 10 out of 10 for me!
