The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options, including a tasty English breakfast. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Breakers B&B! The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed, including a hairdryer, coffee/tea tray, fridge. The decor was tastefully done and the bedding and towels were of great quality. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the promenade with stunning sea views. Christine and Mark were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. I couldn't have asked for better hosts!

I recently stayed at Breakers in Eastbourne for 7 nights and I had a wonderful experience. The owner, Marc, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The guesthouse is impeccably clean and the furnishings are of great quality. My single room had a separate shower, which was a nice touch. The dining room was well set out and the breakfast choices were exceptional, with a variety of cooked breakfasts that were cooked and presented beautifully. The sea views from the guesthouse were glorious, and all of this was offered at a competitive price.
