I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Breakers B&B! The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed, including a hairdryer, coffee/tea tray, fridge. The decor was tastefully done and the bedding and towels were of great quality. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the promenade with stunning sea views. Christine and Mark were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. I couldn't have asked for better hosts!

I also loved the fact that there was a great real ale pub just a few roads back. The breakfast selection was top-notch, with excellent produce and perfectly cooked items. The discount card provided for local restaurants and businesses was a nice added bonus. I highly recommend this B&B.

This beachfront B&B offers the perfect location, just steps away from the town centre and with a bus stop right outside for easy access to Brighton. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some offering stunning sea views. The friendly hosts serve a delicious breakfast using local produce. Plus, there are a few pubs nearby for tasty evening meals.

During my stay over Thanksgiving, I was impressed by the quality of the linens and the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was also a plus, with stunning sea views and easy access to the town center. breakfast was filling and a great way to start the day.

While the rooms were comfortable, they were a bit small, which may be a problem for larger groups. Another downside was the lack of knowledge about local attractions, which made it a bit difficult to plan activities.

I recently stayed at Breakers in Eastbourne for 7 nights and I had a wonderful experience. The owner, Marc, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The guesthouse is impeccably clean and the furnishings are of great quality. My single room had a separate shower, which was a nice touch. The dining room was well set out and the breakfast choices were exceptional, with a variety of cooked breakfasts that were cooked and presented beautifully. The sea views from the guesthouse were glorious, and all of this was offered at a competitive price.

I do recommend this hotel.
