The hotel was ideally located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore. The staff, particularly Eric and Nana, were welcoming and exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the generous space in the room and the comfortable beds, which provided a restful sleep after long days.

Fabulous location in a historical palace! My room was spacious with a lovely city view, perfect for lounging after a day out. The vibe was quite posh yet cozy.

The bathroom lighting was so glaring, I thought I was being interrogated! Also, those elevators must've been slow enough to qualify as a scenic tour.

Staying at this hotel with my fiance was fantastic! We loved being just a short walk from Central Park, where we spent the afternoon unwinding before heading out to enjoy the vibrant evening scene at Rockefeller Center. The location was perfect and the staff was welcoming!

My wife says that the double beds were a bit small for us. An upgrade could really enhance the experience for couples looking for a cozy romantic getaway.
