I recently stayed at Brightwater in Scarborough for a few nights with my young grandson. The room was spotless, spacious, and had plenty of storage. He loved having access to Netflix and a selection of DVDs and games. Sheila, the host, was lovely and I appreciated the chocolates and complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole place felt warm and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped and the shared facilities allowed for both self-catering and socializing. Parking was convenient with the supplied permit. The location was perfect, with nearby parks, beaches, and shops. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, even picking us up from our holiday destination. The location was perfect, with local shops nearby and a short walk to the beautiful North Beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room and kitchen were clean and modern. The facilities provided everything we needed, including a smart TV with Netflix. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Scarborough.

The hosts, Sheila and William, were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They even provided tea, coffee, and a pint of milk for that essential cuppa. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and attractions. I especially appreciated Sheila's kind gesture of dropping me off at the train station at the end of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday experience.
