We had a fantastic few nights after a week of traveling the Hebrides islands, and it was great to arrive at Broadbay House with a warm welcome. The room was very comfortable, with all the features we needed. The hosts were attentive and the food was great. The lounge had amazing views, and the beach was easily accessible. Absolutely everything we could possibly want or need was thought of at Broadbay House. The surroundings were comfortable, the location breathtaking, and the hospitality wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more, and we definitely plan on coming back. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms immaculately clean and smelling amazing. The hotel facilities were top-class, with complimentary goodies in the rooms and a beautiful lounge overlooking the bay. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to a stunning white sand beach and a short drive into the city center. The breakfast choices were delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and informative.

We had the most amazing stay at an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the sea. The room was top-notch, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the curtains that blocked out all light to the framed fire instructions and little torch on the keys. The hosts, Sue and Tom, were perfect, providing excellent service and helpful tips about the area. Breakfast was delicious, and we loved the beautiful lounge with its view of the sea. it felt like a luxurious 5-star hotel in a stunning location.

The location of the hotel is perfect for beach lovers, as it is located next to a beautiful beach with easy access. In one of the reviews, guests mention being lucky to spot an otter swimming in the bay which then came ashore. The stunning views of the ever-changing sea, mentioned in another review, add to the charm of this beachside location.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing! the room was spectacular - it had everything we could wish for, such as a mini-fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was second to none with a great selection of food and drink on offer. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance of many attractions and had fantastic views of the area. we enjoyed the perfect Christmas experience!

We had a luxurious and exclusive experience during our stay here. The private facilities were impressive, with a beautiful sun terrace and garden area available for guests. The service was impeccable and accommodating, offering special diet menus upon request. The location advantage of being beachfront provided breathtaking views and easy beach access.

The only minor issue was the limited bar/lounge area available for guests. However, the service provided made up for this inconvenience, and the exclusive amenities of the room made for a comfortable stay.
