As a group of friends, we had a fantastic time at our recent stay in a charming hotel in Kirkintilloch. The location was ideal for our business trip, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and we were impressed with the diverse menu options. The only drawback was the limited space in the rooms, which made it difficult to accommodate larger suitcases.

The staff at Broadcroft were incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed, such as an iron and ironing board in our room. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the added touch of biscuits with our tea and coffee. the breakfast had a great variety of hot and continental options, and the dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town, making it easy to access amenities. The room and en-suite shower were clean and well presented, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, offering quick and easy check-in. The breakfast was exceptional, with imaginative presentation and a variety of options. the modern and clean rooms had great facilities, such as a power shower and a car park available for residents.

The doors lock at midnight, requiring a call to the night porter for entry, which may be inconvenient for smokers who are up late.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I requested an iron at reception and it was promptly delivered to my room along with an ironing board. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary biscuits that were provided with the tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. This was a pleasant surprise, especially for my daughter who loves hot chocolate. The breakfast selection was superb, with a great variety of hot and cold options including cereal, yogurt, fruit, ham, cheese. The restaurant also served exceptional dinner at reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

We loved the convenient location near Deafblind Scotland and the amenities close by. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the views of the Campsie hills from the side rooms were stunning. The newly improved buffet breakfast was a treat, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Disliked the small rooms, which made it feel more like a B&B than a hotel. the lack of a lift was a major inconvenience, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The mattress was firm and springy, causing body aches and offering no support.

The receptionist was very welcoming and speedy with the check-in process. the restaurant served exceptional food, with quick service. the staff were pleasant and helpful. the buffet breakfast was a great improvement, with a variety of options. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views of the surrounding hills. the location was ideal, close to where my family lives.

The absence of a lift was a major issue, especially for people with mobility problems. the manager's rude behavior towards guests and staff was unpleasant.

They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the vegan breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of options available. the rooms were kept clean and tidy, and we appreciated the small touches like the complimentary biscuits with our tea and coffee.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of downsides. the lack of an elevator made it challenging to carry our luggage up the stairs.
