The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, with a gym and pool that were both enjoyable. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay more enjoyable.

There were some downsides to the stay. some of the services, such as the steam bath and elevator, were not working properly.

the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was a true highlight. the heated outdoor pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. the massage and jacuzzi were also top-notch.

The stunning forest view from our high floor at Swissotel was breathtaking. The manager personally greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel instantly welcome.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. We experienced noise from construction works starting early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and greeted us with a warm smile. The room was spacious and had a great view of the beautiful forest. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and the modern design added to the overall experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast selection was impressive. We also appreciated the high floor we were given, which allowed us to enjoy the stunning view even more. a great hotel with top-notch service and amenities.

We did experience some noise from construction works during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.
