We had such a fantastic time here! The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and the stunning views from our room were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The service was top-notch, with great attention to detail. We loved the spa facilities, which were modern and well-maintained. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The rooms in the new wing are beautiful and modern with great views. The staff, especially Floriano, provide amazing service. The hotel has a wellness center and is conveniently located near chairlifts and snow runs.

Easter at the hotel was great. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was generally tasty. the hotel was also well located for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. We also enjoyed using the spa facilities, which were well maintained.

The atmosphere in the dining room was too formal and the staff were not very friendly. there was a lack of variety in the menu and it seemed like the chefs had a limited imagination when it comes to creating dishes.
