We had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse just outside of town. the location was quiet and relaxing, and the host, Karen, was very helpful. We loved that we could pre-order our breakfast the night before, and the selection was excellent. Karen also provided great advice on where to eat and visit in the area. the added bonus of free parking was a big plus for us. We would definitely love to visit Brooklands Guest House again!

The hotel had great facilities, including a cozy tea room and a room with a panoramic view. It was conveniently located just down the hill from the city center of this beautiful city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

During my recent stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bed was spacious and provided me with a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and set me up for the day ahead. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

My partner and I had a lovely kid-free break for his birthday. Karen, our host, was friendly, polite, and made us feel welcome straight away. She had good knowledge about the local area and gave us suggestions on where to go. The room was homely and kept neat, with attention paid to little things like extension sockets and toiletries. Karen cooked up a great breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The service and atmosphere at the guesthouse were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. Definitely love to visit again!

The location is convenient, right near a bus stop where the main touristy type buses run, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, along with showers.

The location of the guest house is great, as it is down the hill from the wedding I was attending. It is also within easy walking distance to the city center, where you can find restaurants and bars.

The bathroom in the room was very small, making it difficult to use the shower properly.

Very comfortable and clean B&B. Made to feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast. Owners provided maps and local information. Would stay again. Convenient for those travelling by car.
