Stayed at Brunswick Merchant City for a short trip and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cool and modern vibe. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The twin room had plenty of space and the beds were lovely and comfy. The shower was fantastic and the overall value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location was fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city. Everything was within close proximity, making it convenient to explore. the nearby pub added a lively atmosphere to the area.

The room sizes were incredibly small, leaving very little space to move around.

The hotel staff were superb! Really friendly and helpful, yet professional. The location was excellent and easy to find. The king room was beautiful with a large comfortable bed and a great shower/toilet. The price was very affordable for two people at less than £60 per night. We didn't have breakfast, but the bar next to the hotel had excellent food and drinks.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, and while my room on the higher floor was nice, the one on the lower floor was not up to standard. The bathroom had cracks and mold, lowering the overall cleanliness.

As backpackers, we loved the comfortable beds and great value for money at this centrally located hotel. The friendly staff were extremely helpful and held onto our luggage as we arrived early. The recently refurbished king room with a spacious bath was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, with excellent facilities including a choice of shower heads in the bathroom. the hotel provided a fantastic experience for our wedding anniversary.
