the decor in the corridors was outdated and unappealing. It didn't create a welcoming or pleasant atmosphere.

Stayed at Brunswick Merchant City for a short trip and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cool and modern vibe. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The twin room had plenty of space and the beds were lovely and comfy. The shower was fantastic and the overall value for money was excellent. Highly recommend!

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were superb! Really friendly and helpful, yet professional. The location was excellent and easy to find. The king room was beautiful with a large comfortable bed and a great shower/toilet. The price was very affordable for two people at less than £60 per night. We didn't have breakfast, but the bar next to the hotel had excellent food and drinks.

Felt very secure, nothing too much trouble.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. The fast Wi-Fi and tea/coffee facilities were a nice addition. the hotel provided a strong shower, ensuring a refreshing start to the day.

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, and while my room on the higher floor was nice, the one on the lower floor was not up to standard. The bathroom had cracks and mold, lowering the overall cleanliness.

As backpackers, we loved the comfortable beds and great value for money at this centrally located hotel. The friendly staff were extremely helpful and held onto our luggage as we arrived early. The recently refurbished king room with a spacious bath was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, with excellent facilities including a choice of shower heads in the bathroom. the hotel provided a fantastic experience for our wedding anniversary.

Felt almost like at home, no complaints.

The room I was given was small, but it didn't bother me as I only needed it for sleeping. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The shower in the modern-looking wet room was amazing, and the overall value for money was excellent. The hotel was clean and modern, and I particularly loved the choice of a fixed showerhead or a removable attachment. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
