The room was comfortable and clean, with shared bathrooms that were also very clean. The staff were lovely and the location was ideal for exploring the city on foot. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and had a restful sleep.

I really enjoyed the services such as the tours/ticket assistance and the room amenities like the heating, terrace, garden furniture, and dryer. The dining and bar/lounge area were also really nice. The staff admitted my reservation was made after I checked in on the bed and apologised, which was really appreciated.

The rooms are clean, and the bunk bed gives you enough space. Each bed has a plug and a lamp, so you can read or check your phone without disturbing others. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home.

It can be frustrating when the key cards don't work.
