I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a breathtaking wooded valley within a short walk of the sea. The location of this place is truly remarkable, nestled in a lovely area of Cornwall. Surrounded by magnificent gardens, I was able to take leisurely walks along the river, which is easily accessible from the hotel grounds. The service provided by the staff here was absolutely amazing - they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing less than perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The staff were always available to offer assistance and their attention to detail was impeccable.

I highly recommend this hotel to all, as it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Nestled in beautiful grounds with tennis courts and a golf course, Budock Vean Hotel is a peaceful retreat for those wanting to be close to the beach. The restaurant offers exquisite dining options, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, with upgraded showers and high standards of cleanliness. The hotel boasts a spacious swimming pool and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day by the foreshore.

One negative aspect is the occasional lack of exclusivity in the pool area, with some guests not respecting the tranquil environment.

A perfect New Year retreat! the hotel's picturesque setting offered breathtaking views of the Cornish coast. the spacious and comfortable bed was definitely a highlight. the breakfast was lovely and the staff was both helpful and friendly. the New Year's Eve dinner and entertainment were beyond our expectations. the hotel also provided a great sauna and indoor pool to relax in after long walks along the nearby beach.

The lack of a lift directly from the reception area was slightly inconvenient, but the staff was always happy to assist. the narrow Cornish roads made driving to the hotel a bit stressful.

The location of Budock Vean was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful grounds and with breathtaking views. I particularly enjoyed walking to Helford Passage and taking in the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The quietness of the hotel was a welcome change, allowing me to relax and truly unwind. The pool and hot tub were delightful, providing a tranquil oasis to rejuvenate. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area with beautiful grounds leading down to the river. It was the perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and eager to please. Plus, they even welcomed our puppy with open arms!

This minor issue did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, as the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering me a longer stay in an upgraded room when I needed it. The grounds surrounding the hotel were stunning, with valley gardens and a river head to explore. The comprehensive breakfast, cooked to order, was a delightful start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located near many interesting areas, including the hotel's own foreshore. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and are kept very clean. The bathrooms have ample hot water and great showers. The service provided by the young and helpful staff is unbeatable. The breakfast options are good, and the restaurant offers delicious food. The hotel also has a spa, tennis courts, and a golf course.

The hotel could improve on attention to detail, such as replacing broken light bulbs and ensuring all amenities are in good condition.
