The hotel's interior design and decoration were absolutely stunning. It created a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city and accessing other attractions and facilities. Being close to the main city attractions made it convenient for our city trip. Not having to travel long distances to reach key locations was a big plus. Moreover, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, offering a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The parking situation was a major disappointment. Despite calling ahead to confirm valet parking, we were told upon arrival that there was no space available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The large rooms were beautiful and clean. It had an amazing lounge and bar area. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and The Hyde Park. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The Italian waiters were charming and friendly, and the lobby area near the fire was cozy and inviting. The sweet bar was a unique touch, allowing me to pack my favorite jelly sweets to take away. The option to take uneaten cakes in a goody bag was a thoughtful gesture. Despite the slow service from the kitchen, the overall ambiance and style of the hotel made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and quiet afternoon tea for two.

The location of the hotel was super convenient, being just 200m away from popular shopping destinations like Harrods and Hyde Park. The rooms were spacious and clean, with superb facilities and amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we loved the personalized touches like the warm lemon verbena tea. the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent location made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location, just steps away from the shops of Knightsbridge and Hyde Park, was ideal. the Bulgari Hotel provided a high-end experience that was well worth the money.
