I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for my needs. The staff treated me with utmost care and hospitality.

The breakfast could have been better, maybe with more variety and options.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. From a movie theatre offering the latest releases to local restaurants in the area, everything was within easy reach. The staff were incredibly attentive and the service was top-notch. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved the in-room safe and the added bonus of having garden furniture on the terrace. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stay with all the necessary amenities.

We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

stayed at a hotel in Reading, but Crowne Plaza truly impressed me this time. Rooms were spacious and spotless, and the pool was a great perk. Plus, the free parking and easy London access were unbeatable.

Comfortable room, large cosy bed, lovely bathroom and shower. Delicious evening meal from room service, especially the Dum Biriyani Chicken. Excellent reception staff, very efficient and receptive. Well-furnished, clean, and comfortable room. Good disabled shower with seat. Fantastic breakfast with great mushrooms and tomatoes.

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern and refurbished look. Breakfast had a great selection. The location was convenient, close to both Bracknell and Reading Town centers. The gym was well-equipped and not crowded, while the pool was a decent size with plenty of seats and day beds for guests. a great stay with fantastic amenities.

The food at the hotel was amazing, with fantastic presentation. They even accommodated my daughter's dietary restrictions with a smile. The staff were very helpful, giving my husband a spare key when he wanted to use the facilities.

The parking at the hotel was limited, but there was plenty of parking outside on weekends. It was inconvenient that the room key was also used for electricity and the lift, meaning we had to ask for a spare key whenever someone wanted to leave the room or go back up.

Had a pleasant stay over the weekend. The restaurant service was exceptional, with a very polite and attentive waiter. The food was amazing and I would definitely recommend it. The staff were professional and provided excellent service.
