We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to shops, pubs, and the lake. The room was great, and the spa with a poolside bar was beautiful. The unexpected provision of milk, tea, coffee, and washing up supplies was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was good value and we even received a reduced offer via email beforehand. The pool was lovely and it was great that we could enjoy a drink in the pool until late. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. a fantastic stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the nearby lake and just a short walk away from charming restaurants and bars. One night was spoiled by rowdy guests who kept us awake for hours with their shouting and knocking on doors.
