The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious with a huge bed, and I had a great night's sleep. The food at the wedding reception I attended was outstanding, as was the breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

As B&B residents, we were unable to utilize the hotel's other facilities, but we did enjoy a cup of tea in the lounge upon arrival. The room and beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and even filled my flask with coffee before our departure. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, and our dog was warmly welcomed and even served sausages. The hotel's overall quality was a pleasant surprise, given its exterior and location.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms and ample hot water in the bathroom shower were definite highlights. The location of the hotel was great for taking a brisk walk to the town center and enjoying the surrounding areas like the golf course, Lews Castle grounds, and the harbor.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with bright and spacious communal areas. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the town center, the castle, and the festival site. The breakfast was first class, with a great selection of freshly made food served on hot plates. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at the Cabarfeidh Hotel in Stornoway for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was powerful. I appreciated having the option to take a bath as well. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly. I also want to mention the efficient organization of the service, even with a large group of guests dining at the same time. The restaurant served delicious meals and the large parking area was a bonus.

There were no power sockets next to the bed, which made it inconvenient for charging my mobile phone overnight. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from some renovations, especially with regards to the shower head and bath.

Perfect location for Hebcelt, excellent staff and service, ample parking space, good breakfast and food, modern and international standard, close proximity to Two Centre.
