We loved the comfy bed and clean room. The towel policy was eco-friendly, which we support. The phone in the room was a great feature. The affordable price and late-night bar option were perfect for us. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The breakfast was tasty and had flexible timings.

The receptionists were amazing, especially the morning/day one. Housekeeping overcame language barriers. Conveniently located in front of a tram stop. The room had new, modern furniture and a comfortable bed. No street noise as it faced the backside.

The heating system worked well, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. The woman at the reception was friendly and even lent us her public transport card, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The breakfast had a decent selection and the hotel offered late breakfast on weekends. Additionally, there was a bistro next door and a supermarket across the road, adding to the convenience. Despite a few small issues with Wi-Fi and communication, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Berlin.
