The location of the hotel is superb, with breathtaking views over the bay and a beautiful sandy beach just a stone's throw away. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff provide excellent service, making guests feel special and well taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and generous, delivered to the room in the morning. Guests can also enjoy the spa facilities and the pool area. it is a fantastic place to stay and worth the extra cost.

One downside is that the hotel is located right beside the kitchen loading area, which can be a bit noisy at times.

The reception staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa area was stunning and allowed us to relax completely. The hotel's location was perfect, a short stroll away from the charming town and conveniently close to the train station.

We had the most amazing stay at what is by far one of the most beautiful hotels in the UK. We couldn't fault the staff; they were sooo very helpful and friendly. the hotel is located on the stunning Carbis Bay and offers fabulous views of the sea. the access to the privately owned beach was a definite highlight. the lounge rooms, conservatory, and terrace were all very attractive and provided a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Our superior double room was incredibly spacious, with a fabulous bathroom and separate dressing room. We also loved the variety of three good restaurants available on-site. the pool area was pleasant, especially the heated pool. the service was generally good, and the view from the conservatory was simply great.

We stayed at Carbis Bay for a few days as a family with two teenagers and opted for one of their apartments. It was perfect as it gave us more room and had a tasteful decor. The location right on the beach was fabulous, and the conservatory overlooking the sea made breakfast a very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly, without being intrusive. The spa and pool area were excellent, and the evening meals offered something for everyone. a lovely boutique hotel with a great spa.

The hotel offered a fabulous beachfront location with the convenience of three onsite restaurants. the staff were welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed using the spa facilities which were luxurious and relaxing.

My stay was marred by the noise from ongoing renovations, which made it difficult to work during the day. Only one set of toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers were provided for a room with two guests.
