The out-of-hours entrance was very dark and difficult to navigate, and the lock was stiff. the bathroom was not adequately stocked with toilet paper.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Accrington and I must say, it was a great experience. the staff were exceptional, particularly John who was incredibly cheerful and accommodating. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable, with the room being thoroughly cleaned and even a porridge pot provided for breakfast. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Accrington, making it convenient for exploring the area. I was very impressed with my stay and will definitely consider returning in the future.

The location was convenient, being close to the town center and railway station. The shower had good water pressure, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. The spacious wardrobe offered ample storage space, and I appreciated the complimentary tea options. great value for money.

Though not a typical occurrence, there were missing toiletries during my stay, possibly due to unfortunate circumstances with the landlord. Additionally, some guests had mentioned noise from the main road, which can be expected in a centrally located hotel.

the location was perfect for quick visits to the town, and it made our stay very convenient. the landlord was incredibly nice and helpful, and we appreciated his hospitality. Surprisingly, despite the pub being nearby, we didn't experience any noise disturbance in our upstairs room. the beds were comfortable, and the en suite facilities were adequate. I had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay at the Castle again when I'm in the area.

We had a great stay at the Castle Accrington! the location was perfect for my job interview in town, and the staff were extremely accommodating. They helped us find local shops and recommended a great place to eat. We were also allowed to store our bags in the room for longer so we could attend the interview. the room was basic but ideal for our needs, with comfortable beds and adequate facilities. it was a good experience at the Castle Accrington.

The check-in was simple and the staff were lovely. The room was quiet and well located for amenities. The shower had hot and cold water and the room was great value for money. The staff were accommodating and helpful in finding local shops and places to eat. They allowed me to store my bags and even gave me extra time in the room. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate.
