I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location right next to a beautiful flower garden and next to the ancient city wall of Canterbury was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel's decor, with its typical English royal style and the contrast of wood and ceramic decorations, was impressive. Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I was also pleased with the available parking and the convenient transportation options nearby.

The basic amenities, such as clean rooms and a parking facility, met expectations. this hotel provides good value for money.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the city center and near the Canterbury East station. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the unique artwork by local artists throughout the hotel. It was a refreshing change from the usual corporate style hotels. The view of the old city walls from my room was a delightful bonus.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the city center and conveniently situated near the train station. I loved how close it was to the Canterbury Castle ruins, giving it a unique and historic atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds and the walk-in shower in my room. The breakfast offered generous portions and had a variety of options to choose from, including a tasty vegetarian choice. All in all, my experience at this hotel was delightful and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and shops. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They made an effort to ensure we had a delicious breakfast even when we arrived late.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. First, we were given a room with a non-functioning TV and had to be moved to a smaller room with a less desirable view.

Comfy bed, good shower, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Plenty of coffee and tea, friendly staff. Great breakfast options, free parking. Easy to find, no traffic noise. Nice walk into town, good pub nearby with ales and pies.

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Canterbury. The location was perfect, within easy reach of the town center and main attractions. We loved that it was right next to the East Train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and sympathetically decorated in keeping with the age of the property. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice, a highlight of our stay.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options, including cereal, toast, croissants, cheese, meats. the room and bathroom were spacious, exactly what I was looking for during my business trip. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to request a ground floor room, which was accommodated.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a small table in the bathroom to hold toiletries. I had to keep going back and forth to the bedroom to retrieve items from my toiletry bag.
