I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The location right next to a beautiful flower garden and next to the ancient city wall of Canterbury was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel's decor, with its typical English royal style and the contrast of wood and ceramic decorations, was impressive. Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I was also pleased with the available parking and the convenient transportation options nearby.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the city center and near the Canterbury East station. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the unique artwork by local artists throughout the hotel. It was a refreshing change from the usual corporate style hotels. The view of the old city walls from my room was a delightful bonus.

The breakfast offered generous portions and had a variety of options to choose from, including a tasty vegetarian choice. All in all, my experience at this hotel was delightful and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the sheltered walled garden where we could relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, considering it faced a main road. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with 24 hour reception always available. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was served, ensuring we started our day off right.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and shops. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They made an effort to ensure we had a delicious breakfast even when we arrived late.

Our experience at this hotel was not great. First, we were given a room with a non-functioning TV and had to be moved to a smaller room with a less desirable view.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is difficult to beat, with ample parking available both for those arriving by car and for those coming by train. It's just a short walk away from the key sightseeing spots, making for a lovely visit. The service provided by the staff is outstanding and the basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch. it was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Canterbury. The location was perfect, within easy reach of the town center and main attractions. We loved that it was right next to the East Train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and sympathetically decorated in keeping with the age of the property. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choice, a highlight of our stay.

All was ok, nothing to complain about.

The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options, including cereal, toast, croissants, cheese, meats. the room and bathroom were spacious, exactly what I was looking for during my business trip. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to request a ground floor room, which was accommodated.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a small table in the bathroom to hold toiletries. I had to keep going back and forth to the bedroom to retrieve items from my toiletry bag.
