My stay was plagued by numerous issues. First off, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, making it frustrating to manage even basic tasks. Additionally, the noise from the evening entertainment was unbearable. despite complaining, nothing was done about it, and we were kept awake long past a reasonable hour. The room itself felt outdated and bare, with no electrical sockets conveniently located near the bed, adding to the overall discomfort. I really expected better from a hotel in this location.

We enjoyed our stay, with large comfortable rooms and a convenient location opposite Asda. It was a short walk to town and close to Snowdon, making it an excellent base for our family. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and I appreciated the good food options available.
