I always return here for holidays. They once helped me with lost headphones, so I keep coming back. the place offers Wi, Fi, off, site car park, 24. With a sports trainer, business center, and other amenities, it suits me perfectly.

Traveling for leisure, our brief stay at Germantown was superb. the warm and knowledgeable reception staff set a welcoming tone. Breakfast was a fresh delight with a lovely quiche. Evening charcuterie and wine offerings were a unique touch. the cozy room, updated bathroom, and charming lounge/patio created a comfortable ambiance. the nearby attractions and safe environment made our experience outstanding. 100% recommend this hotel.

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and served every morning. the rooms were well decorated and clean. the location of the hotel was also great as it was easy to reach all the downtown attractions by walking or taking public transit.

We only stayed for two days and wished we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the charming atmosphere and the staff's friendliness.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is within walking distance to Broadway, which is perfect for exploring the city. There are also great restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a night out. The rooms are luxurious and the bathroom toiletries are a nice touch. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Our stay at Germantown Inn exceeded all expectations. The beautiful inn was carefully decorated and the staff went above and beyond to make our trip with our 9-month-old baby as comfortable as possible. Special thanks to Chrissy, who provided exceptional service and even arranged a crib in our room before our arrival. The daily charcuterie and wine offerings were a delightful surprise. We can't wait to visit again!

While the overall experience was amazing, the rooftop patio could use some refreshing. The cushions were worn out and the sofa legs were broken, but this didn't hinder our enjoyment of the inn.
