The lodge was absolutely stunning, with jaw-dropping views and a beautiful terrace for outdoor dining. It was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities including a coffee machine and fridge. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions. They even gave us great recommendations for nearby pubs and restaurants, which were easily accessible from the lodge. Being close to a vibrant city was a real bonus. I would highly recommend this lodge for families or couples. We can't wait to come back and explore the area further.

The lack of blinds or curtains on the top part of the cathedral windows in the bedrooms made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially for light sleepers. In the summer, the early morning light made it challenging to settle the kids.
