The staff were very friendly, always smiling and ready to make our stay satisfying. Great animations for the entire family. Clean and safe premises. Amazing views of the ocean and white beaches. Tasty food with plenty of options, including local specialties. Convenient location with a short transfer from the airport and right on the beach. Helpful and happy staff.

The beach infront of the hotel was absolutely magnificent! The grounds were lush and beautiful, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The drink options were great and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was truly impressed with their hospitality and willingness to assist whenever needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay, extended from 5 to 10 nights. Gorgeous garden and stunning beach. Excellent security. Food exceeded expectations, especially dinners. Staff made holiday more comfortable. Can't wait to return.

The hotel offered two wonderful complementary activities. the view of the beach was stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool was beautiful and clean.

Communication between staff seemed poor and some services were not available, which made our stay less enjoyable. the food was not great and sometimes ran out, making it difficult for us to eat.

I had a wonderful time at the resort. The beach was stunning and the swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed the activities offered throughout the day. The food was delicious, especially the meals at the nearby restaurants. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had an amazing stay at a resort in Diani Beach. From check-in to check-out, the staff at Diani Sea Resort went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebrations special. Mr Gitonga and Becky at the reception ensured a smooth check-in and even organized a cake and dance for our parents, which they absolutely loved. the food and beverage team went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, with delicious meals and entertaining activities. the facilities were clean and the staff friendly. it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time here enjoying the lovely gardens and the beautiful scenery of this place, where the gardeners work hard to maintain the grounds and keep them pristine. This venue is situated right on the beach and the shuttle service from the airport was very helpful for our arrival. The staff was very polite and housekeeping always kept the rooms clean and comfortable with excellent amenities like air conditioning and an electric kettle.

They did not provide proper service, but in spite of that, we still highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a great getaway destination. The leisure swimming pool was the highlight and it was very refreshing, along with the massage and the entertainment that made our stay amazing.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that our family was comfortably accommodated and served us with smiles. The location of this place was very nice, with a beautiful beachfront and stunning views of the sea. The property itself was well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool where we could relax and unwind. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, offering an awesome sea view. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar where we could enjoy delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The hotel also offered a range of activities and entertainment options, ensuring that we were never bored during our stay. The Wi-Fi in public areas was free, which was a bonus.

That some of the workers' attitude needs improvement. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.
