Great location for exploring the area, with easy access to shops, pubs, and the seafront within walking distance. the nearby park was a lovely bonus for evening walks. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. the typical English breakfast was a delicious start to the day.

The parking was a bit tight, but it didn't cause any major inconvenience. It might be a bit far from the town center for some people's preferences.

I had an amazing overnight stay at Cheriton. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the double glazing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The room was immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. It's clear that they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I had a fantastic experience at Cheriton and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The communication before our arrival was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed when we got there. Our room, although a little small, was incredibly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved the little touches like the selection of teabags and chocolates on the landing. The breakfast was of great quality, with a delicious full English and plenty of other options available. The staff were very attentive and anything we asked for was quickly provided.

We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

we had a wonderful time at cheriton guesthouse. the owners were so friendly and welcoming, we instantly felt at home. the room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. the breakfast was delicious and the dining room was charming. overall, a perfect stay in sidmouth.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, being just a short stroll from the town centre and beach. The picturesque walk to the beach through the beautiful Sidmouth Byes was excellent. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. The room amenities including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities were great. I also appreciated the comfortable sitting area and the garden furniture provided. The hotel had a lovely leisure garden area, and the TV room was a nice addition. The staff provided ready recommendations for walks, dinner, and ice cream, making the experience even better. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of during my stay.

We had a delightful weekend in a lovely guesthouse tucked away in a peaceful location. It was a short walk down to the seafront, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful views and calming sounds of the ocean. The room was stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed, and we even had a small side sitting room with a TV. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and safe.

The bathroom had a strange setup with a mucky shower, but overall, it didn't detract from our wonderful experience.

Had a fantastic new year stay at a guesthouse with great hosts who made us feel at home. Room was well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Loved the beautiful balcony with a view of the surrounding area. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and there was ample parking available. Location was also perfect, just a short walk away from local cafes and the beach.

The shower was a bit cramped, with a small cubicle and a shower curtain. Furniture was excellent, but the drawers were quite small and couldn't fit much in them.
