We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Saint Mawes. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The twin room we stayed in was spacious, warm, and very comfortable. The hotel's location in the center of the village was perfect, just over the road from the pub, which had a cozy fire roaring in the hearth. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we appreciated the little touches like the biscuits provided. The breakfast offered a delicious and ample selection, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly, helpful, and professionally efficient.

Right in the centre of beautiful St Mawes, our room offered a lovely view of the harbor. The comfortable bed, fresh milk, and biscuits on the tea tray made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a great menu to choose from. We also appreciated the spacious room and the power shower.

The evening meals could be better, but overall, our experience at the hotel was pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised by our two-night stay at a charming and hospitable hotel in the middle of a picturesque town. The bedroom was comfortable with a lovely sea view and even had a lit Christmas tree with presents. The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were exceptional with a variety of options. The hotel was in an ideal location and offered excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay break with easy access to the beautiful surroundings.

The food at The Rising Sun was delicious and satisfying. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The views from both the window and the conservatory were breathtaking. The location of the hotel was ideal, allowing easy access to attractions like St Mawe's Castle.

The wait time for food at the bar was quite long, and it would have been more convenient to have the option to order at the table. Additionally, parking was an issue as the space we initially found was later blocked off.

The room was beautifully decorated with local art and had a kettle with hot drinks and biscuits. the beds were very comfortable. the hotel had a fantastic location overlooking the harbour with an outdoor terrace.

The bathroom could do with some updating and the shower was underpowered. Some of the meals were over deep-fried and tasteless.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely place called Rising Sun. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, especially the Eggs Royale from the kitchen. I also appreciated the nice setting for breakfast and the thoughtful touches like milk and snacks near my room.

This place has a perfect location, right in the center of town with a beautiful view of the harbour from our room. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with all the amenities we needed including a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The breakfast was amazing and we had many options to choose from. We were also impressed by the beach access and the terrace where we could enjoy the sea breeze. we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it.
