The suite was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed and separate sitting room. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel also provided a cot and sofa bed for our children.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. - the bed in the room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The room felt quite dated, with old watercolor pictures and yellow wallpaper that didn't give a cozy feel. The bathroom also needed some attention, as the wallpaper was peeling and there was a stain in the bath.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly friendly and talented. We were fortunate to be served by two outstanding individuals, Sam and Sanjay. Sam, who appeared to be the floor manager, had a very positive and friendly demeanor. Sanjay, an accomplished chef, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a truly enjoyable dining experience. Both of them made our dinner incredibly pleasurable. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this hotel with our team.

The room was amazing, so well presented and the bed was like a cloud - wanted to take it home with me. The location was ideal for our needs, just a short distance from the Ancient Woodland where we were attending a wedding. The staff on reception were very welcoming and friendly. The shower in the room was also very good and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.
