The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and HMS Belfast. There were also plenty of other attractions nearby. We found some great restaurants in the area and had no problem finding grocery stores for our shopping. The hotel is situated in a quiet and safe area in the banking district, which was ideal for us. The fact that the suite had a washer and dryer made doing laundry so convenient. The kitchen was well equipped for our basic meals and the shower was amazing. The housekeeping service was prompt, thorough, and non-intrusive. The front desk staff were very helpful and even booked tickets for us and printed them. We also appreciated the nice food basket.

We felt very much at home during our stay and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our family visit, right next to the iconic London Tower. The views at night were absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean and the facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially Dale at the reception, were friendly and helpful. They even offered us a hospitality room for our late flight, which was a great bonus. one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in this city.

Our stay at Cheval Three Quays was absolutely amazing! We were in London to celebrate our son's 30th birthday and the location and size of the 2-bedroom apartment were ideal. The apartment offered stunning views of the Tower of London, Thames, and Tower Bridge. It was also conveniently situated next to Pret and Starbucks, and the clipper boat and nearest tube stations were just a short walk away. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with 2 TVs, a fully stocked kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the special touches like a birthday card and treats.

I was thrilled with the room upgrade I received at Cheval Three Quays At The Tower Of London Aparthotel. My new room had a breathtaking view of Tower Bridge, the Thames, and The Tower of London. The location of the property was perfect, with easy access to transportation and all the attractions. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely welcome pack. The quality bathroom products provided added a luxurious touch to my stay.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, with excellent facilities for self-catering. the location was also great, right next to a popular tourist attraction and with easy access to transportation.

There were a couple of things we disliked about our stay. there was no mini bar in the apartment, which would have been convenient.

I highly recommend taking a stroll to Borough Market for some delicious food. I went multiple times and even bought some bread, cheese, and wine to enjoy in my room. And let me tell you, the humble crumble at Borough Market is an absolute must-try!
