The staff I encountered during my stay were quite rude, especially when it came to check-out time. Despite informing them that I needed an extra half hour, they repeatedly came to the room and scolded us about the check-out time.

The cleanliness of the hotel was jaw-dropping, from the rooms to the towels. The breakfast spread was top-notch with lots of choices and freshly restocked. The comfortable beds and excellent staff made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We were also impressed by the amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and exercise gym. The convenient laundry service and flat-screen TV in the rooms were a plus. The location was great, and check-in and out were a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
