The value for money at the Harbour Hotel was excellent, with a tasteful room and a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, near the beach and harbour, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning. I had a room with a sea view and it was worth the upgrade. The sight of the harbour and terrace was amazing.

Instead of a nice view, all I had was a brick wall covering the entire window.

Spent thanksgiving weekend at a gorgeous hotel in southern England. The cliff-top pull-off for photos was convenient. The shining sea below looks amazing with the sunset. The rooms were well furnished and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. With a couple of good restaurants, the food was divine: fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Indoor pool and spa were relaxing and clean. It was so comfortable and quiet that we never wanted to leave!

The only cons were the limited breakfast menu and that the room had no heater. We found it a bit chilly in the morning.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is simply stunning, with the hotel situated on the waterfront in a beautiful area. The little walk around the harbour was charming and added to the overall experience. The hotel is right in the centre of the beach, surrounded by numerous beach huts, creating a picturesque atmosphere. The staff here were absolutely fantastic, providing excellent service with genuine smiles. They greeted us with warmth and even parked our car for us. It was evident that the staff had been motivated and trained well to ensure a proficient and personal service. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, making it perfect for relaxation. The free Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient bonuses.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great time at this hotel with its stunning location overlooking the harbor. The Saturday night dinner in the conservatory was a highlight, offering beautiful views while we enjoyed our meal. The poolside area was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. The room we stayed in had a spacious and well-presented bathroom, and the breakfast options were excellent.

Beautifully Refurbished Hotel

our second stay in christchurch was even better than the first. harbour hotel exceeded expectations with their friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and beautiful setting. waking up to the sound of curlews was a highlight. the decor and atmosphere made us feel right at home. the breakfast and dinner were top-notch with an excellent chef.

Renovations were taking place, and the reception area was temporarily unavailable.

The views and outside area were beautiful. Staff were happy and pleasant. Online reception staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Everything was fantastic.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the Nelson pub just a short 2-minute walk away, perfect for grabbing a drink or some delicious food. The spa area is also top-notch, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind and pamper yourself. And let's not forget about the Jetty restaurant, while a bit pricey, the food is absolutely excellent, making it worth every penny. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

There were some issues with the breakfast service, causing delays and a slightly disorganized experience.
