The charming countryside property with its spacious, comfy rooms and delicious breakfast options truly impressed me. the peaceful surroundings and fishing lakes on the property made it easy to unwind. Only drawback was the shared adjoining door in the room which allowed noise from the neighboring property to filter through - hopefully that can be addressed in the future! 🌿.

This old property exudes charm and is set in an idyllic location, perfect for unwinding and recharging. the super comfy rooms, delicious cooked breakfasts, and picturesque views make for a delightful stay. the only improvement could be addressing noise transmission between adjoining rooms.

During my business trip, my director chose Church Hill Farm for our accommodation, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the choice. the Suite I stayed in had everything I needed, including cooking facilities and a cozy lounge area. Exploring the farm's fishing lakes and peaceful surroundings was a highlight, and breakfast each morning offered a delicious start to the day with both self, serve options and cooked, to, order meals.

Staying in the area was handy for exploring Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, and the Cotswolds. I loved the cozy dining room and comfy accommodation boasting antique touches.

I had a lovely stay at this charming farmhouse. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection, including the best Linda McCartney sausages. Sue, the owner, was friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. There is plenty to do in the area, such as visiting NT houses and gardens, walking or cycling along the canals, and exploring nearby towns for shopping. the village pub also served delicious food. a wonderful experience at Church Hill Farm.

Our weekend stay in the countryside was a blast. the warm welcome we received really stood out. the owner left us cake and tea on arrival which was a lovely touch. the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of vegetarian options available. the antique furniture in the room added to the homely feel. the view of the countryside was just beautiful. It is also in a convenient location for exploring the surrounding area.

Our only disappointment was the lack of a shower, but the host provided a bath with ample hot water and a shower fitting.
