Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. Spacious and nicely decorated apartment with comfortable beds, smart TV, and a good speaker system. The apartment was well-stocked with cleaning products, extra linen, towels, and kitchen utensils. The city center is easily accessible and there is a useful bus service from the area.

Some minor points - the apartment could use more furniture for a cosier feel. It would have been helpful to have an information pack to figure out some technical items.

We had a fantastic stay at Clarence At Royal William Yard. The location was amazing, with so many attractions and dining options right on our doorstep. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully decorated in the Late Georgian style. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the smart TV and Bluetooth speaker system. The Tassimo machine with supplied pods was a nice touch. We were also impressed with the well-stocked kitchen and the separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Royal William Yard is a great base to explore Plymouth, with easy access to other parts of the city and attractions like The Hoe and The Barbican. The ferry to Mount Edgcumbe was a convenient option for exploring the lovely country park. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the Yard, with the Artillery Tower being a standout. we had a delightful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Plymouth.

While our stay was mostly perfect, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We felt that the property could have used a little more furniture to make it feel less sparse.
