The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay, as it was within walking distance to key attractions and amenities in the city center. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax during our holiday. the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, allowing us to start our mornings off right.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dirty carpets and stained bedding and towels.

My stay was for 2 nights and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms. The warm welcome and helpfulness of Katherine, the staff member, made me feel right at home. The guest house has recently been upgraded and the fresh decor was a nice touch. I also appreciated the key fob entry system and the complimentary breakfast provided one morning. The quick reception and off-road parking added to the convenience of my stay. a delightful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely guest house in Bedford. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and had large windows, providing a bright and airy atmosphere. the ensuite bathroom was a highlight with a big shower and bath, and the towels were soft and fluffy. the guest house had a relaxed atmosphere, and we were able to come and go easily thanks to the excellent front door entry system. the location was perfect, situated on a quiet, tree-lined street, yet still conveniently close to the city center and beautiful parks. We were even able to bring along our two dogs at no extra charge!

We had a wonderful stay at De Parys Guest House - Fully Airconditioned. The shower and toilet were spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, and we loved the warm hospitality and the cozy lounge area with its convenient facilities like kettles and fridges. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our check-out a breeze. the property had a charming and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

We had a great stay at De Parys Guest House. the location was excellent, with a quiet street and convenient free parking. It was only a 10-minute walk to the center and there was a beautiful park right nearby. Our twin room was airy and the en-suite was very clean. the host was extremely welcoming and the rooms were spacious and well-prepared. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and toast/croissants available throughout the day. the house itself was interesting, a large Victorian building.

What impressed me was the excellent front door entry system, which allowed easy access without bothering anyone. I also appreciated that the guest house welcomed my two dogs at no extra charge. the host was pleasant and accommodating, even providing champagne flutes for my birthday celebration. the newly refurbished en-suite bathrooms were immaculate and had plenty of hot water. it was a wonderful stay at De Parys Guest House - Fully Airconditioned.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and pristine bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the comfortable bed and the luxurious bathroom with a large separate shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast served was delicious, with friendly staff providing multiple refills of coffee. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking facilities. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
