There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the convenient location next to East Aldgate metro station. The hotel was fresh and relatively clean, with a spacious and comfortable room. The staff made our stay special by celebrating their 1st birthday, giving us Prosecco, and leaving a card, balloons, and chocolates in the room. The breakfast buffet had a large choice and decent quality. We also appreciated the added water bottles and snacks in the room.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The location was perfect, with a tube station right next door, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding, with room service and housekeeping tending to our needs promptly. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were great, with a comfortable sitting area, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV.

We stayed at Clayton for a short trip and were impressed with the new and modern hotel. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep and the subway station nearby made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was surprisingly spacious for London standards and the hotel's central location made it convenient to visit Tower Hill and explore the vibrant markets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several train stations, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, providing comfort and a lot of natural light. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from.

The service at the bar is very slow, and the drinks menu is not readily available.

Rooms are new, clean and stylish. Gym is fully equipped and located in the basement. Location is great for accessing the City Airport. Staff are helpful and courteous. Breakfast offers a variety of options and there's a fridge in the room with free water.

I had a fantastic stay at Clayton Hotel in London. The location was perfect, with easy access to the underground stations for exploring the city. The hotel itself was incredibly clean and tidy, both in the public areas and in the rooms. The self-service breakfast was delicious, and the staff made sure to regularly replenish the food, so there was no waiting.

breakfast options needed more variety

Had a great xmas break, complimentary tea and coffee were much appreciated, along with the stunning view from my room. the location was spot on, right in the heart of the action. the bed was so comfortable, I could have slept in it all day!

Breakfast at the hotel was not great. the selection was ok, but the hot food was barely warm.

I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious, clean and well-equipped room. The walk-in rainforest shower was a highlight and made my stay even more comfortable. The location was great, right next to a tube station and close to Tower Bridge. I highly recommend this hotel.
