We loved the seaview room, spacious and worth the extra cost. The food choices were excellent and the service was good. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The hotel is in a great location, away from the busy town but still within walking distance. The staff, especially the lady on reception, were lovely and helpful. The swimming pool and entertainment were great, and the children loved it. The price was very good considering the provided entertainment.

Felt lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cliffs Hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant every day. The evening entertainment was great, and I had a wonderful time by the pool. The tram stop right outside the hotel was very convenient for exploring the area. I had a fantastic time at Cliffs Hotel and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

I recently stayed at the Cliff Hotel for 7 nights with my family to create lasting memories. The room, though a bit dated, was clean and spacious. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the tasty and varied food options available. We also enjoyed the nightly live entertainment. The location, though a bit far from town, was easily accessible with trams and buses right outside the door. The staff, including the helpful receptionist, were friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Cliffs Hotel for a two-day break to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were respectful, polite, and incredibly helpful. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food - both breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options, and the dinner buffet for starters was a great choice. The main courses, served by the lovely waiting staff, were delicious and presented beautifully. In the evening, we were entertained by talented singers and a comedian. it was a fantastic experience.

Had a great xmas at this hotel! Loved the friendly and efficient staff, they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the food was amazing, with a variety of buffet starters and desserts, and a delicious main course. the location was perfect, close to all the attractions in town.

Our room wasn't as nice as we expected, it was a bit dated and had a slight smell of bleach from the bathroom. the single beds in our room were on wheels, which made them move a lot when we sat on them, a bit uncomfortable.
