I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room at Cliffs. However, I must mention the bathroom situation in room 355 was cramped and inconvenient. Despite that, the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Cliffs Hotel for a two-day break to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were respectful, polite, and incredibly helpful. The main courses, served by the lovely waiting staff, were delicious and presented beautifully. In the evening, we were entertained by talented singers and a comedian. it was a fantastic experience.

Our room wasn't as nice as we expected, it was a bit dated and had a slight smell of bleach from the bathroom. the single beds in our room were on wheels, which made them move a lot when we sat on them, a bit uncomfortable.
