During our recent stay at Clifton, we were delighted with the cleanliness and charm of the on-suite room. The twin room had 2 comfortable double beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the convenient on-site parking for a reasonable fee. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the University and the city center via bus or underground. And to top it off, the Botanic Gardens just across the road was a lovely bonus. we had an enjoyable stay at Clifton and would recommend it to others.

The Clifton Hotel is located in a very nice area right next to the bus stop, making it easy to get to from the airport or the city center. It is also conveniently close to the wonderful Botanic Gardens, which is a lovely place to visit. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, and the room is light and airy with a nice view of Great Western Road. The breakfast at the hotel is very good, and the room was spotless upon arrival.

One downside is that there may be some street noise, but this can be easily mitigated by using earplugs.

The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk away from various eateries, shops, and pubs. Despite being close to the main road, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The room itself was comfortable and had a private bathroom. The staff was also quick to address any issues we had, such as adjusting the heating in our room. I had a pleasant stay at Clifton and would recommend it to others.

Our room had some issues. the walls were dirty, possibly from a poorly placed kettle, and the duvet cover had small holes in it.

The location was perfect, close to the underground station at Hillhead, making it easy for us to travel into the city center. The hotel is situated right in the center of the West End, which was ideal for exploring this vibrant area. The breakfast provided was really good, with quick and attentive service. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Recently stayed at the lovely Clifton in the west end for a few days. Kathy, our host, was wonderful and helped us with all our needs, from finding a bank to local markets and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and served with a smile. The conversations we had with Kathy were the highlight of our stay. The location was perfect, just a minute away from Byers Road with shops and bars, and easy access to the rest of the city via Hillhead Subway. Good value for money too!

The hotel was very close to everything, with many great restaurants, bars, and shopping around. Transportation options like buses and subway were available to take me to the city center if required. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a kettle for making coffee or tea. The location was perfect, right by the beautiful Botanical Gardens and close to shops and entertainment options. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out.

Conveniently located near a park and theater, with easy access to public transportation. Numerous dining options nearby. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast choices, and a hidden car park. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and a good shower.

Great Easter Getaway

We recently had a fantastic Easter getaway in a hotel located in the western end of the City Centre. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. the room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key for us as it was just a short walk from the underground, making it easy for us to explore the city.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the SSE Hydro for a one night trip. The hotel may have been a bit run down and the room a little chilly, but it served its purpose perfectly. The location was great, being close to the venue we were attending. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel safe during our stay. I didn't try the breakfast, but the room itself was comfortable and provided all the essentials. The hotel also had a private car park at the back, which made parking easier. I would recommend this hotel for its affordability and convenience.
